Become a member of Forest CLT
If you believe that living in a more sustainable, supportive and inclusive way is possible, why not join us by becoming a member? It costs just £1.40 and lasts for life.
Tree membership
Tree is our full membership where you can get involved in the project and become a candidate to live in one of our homes, subject to our Allocations Policy. You’ll receive our monthly newsletter and have chance to shape the community.
Leaf membership
Leaf is for anyone who wants to support us but is not planning to move in. Just as with Tree membership, you’ll also receive our monthly newsletter and can get involved in one of our teams to bring change to Waltham Forest.
The minimum requirements of our Allocation Policy are that you must:
1.
Have lived or worked in Waltham Forest for at least two years, or have a significant family connection
2.
Be able to afford a CLT home (including any housing benefit for rental homes), but not be able to afford a similar home on the open market
3.
Be a member of Forest CLT and contribute to the project
